A note about our event limit of 400

Registration Limit Information

First and foremost, thank you for the continued support of our event. We are grateful that so many riders choose to spend their weekend with us, and we do not take that support for granted.

As the event has continued to grow, we have made the decision to set a registration limit in order to protect the overall rider experience, the trails, our landowner relationships, and the logistics required to host an event of this size.

  • Our event is heavily focused on single track, and those trails are almost exclusively located on private property. Limiting the number of riders helps ensure that everyone has a better experience on the trail and that the course does not become overly congested.
  • Our club grounds are also pushed to capacity during this event. Even with many riders staying in cabins or at offsite campgrounds, the property becomes very full with parking, camping, vendors, food service, and general event traffic.
  • An event of this size requires significant planning for food, lunch stops, porta johns, supplies, volunteers, and other logistics. Having more predictable numbers allows us to better prepare and provide the best experience we can for everyone attending.

With that in mind, registration will be limited to 400 riders per day. A few important details:

  • Registration is limited on a per-day basis.
  • If we reach the 400-rider limit before or by the close of pre-entry at midnight on July 26, registration (including day-of) will be closed.
  • Once the limit is reached, we will review the entries we have. Depending on how the registrations are split between Saturday, Sunday, and both-day riders, we may be able to open additional Sunday-only spots.
  • Our registration system does not allow us to display a public counter, so please check this page and our social media channels for updates.
  • If you are planning to ride, we strongly encourage you not to wait until the final week to register. We understand that many riders like to watch the weather before committing, but once the limit is reached, registration will close.
