AMA membership is required!

“Event pass” AMA memberships available for purchase online on the AMA website or at event (quicker if done ahead of time).  To purchase an AMA event pass, go to the AMA website, click join AMA, create a profile and purchase an event pass.  There is no separate link for event pass purchases.  It’s under “Join/Renew”. Please bring your event pass receipt email.

Minor releases MUST follow one of these options. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to AMA rules and ever-tightening insurance requirements, you will be turned away if your waivers do not meet the requirements.

PREFERRED METHOD 1) Complete the AMA’s annual minor waiver process online several weeks in advance (due to AMA processing time) to be listed on the AMA’s waiver validation page. (allows for one or both parents to attend with child)

2) If only ONE PARENT will attend event: before arriving to the event, paper minor releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians (or sole guardian) and NOTARIZED. (Most banks have a notary onsite). Then, bring original copy to the event.

3) If NEITHER PARENT(S) will attend event (coming with grandpa, family friend, etc): before arriving to the event, paper minor releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians (or sole guardian) and NOTARIZED. (Most banks have a notary onsite). AND there must ALSO be a note allowing the minor to ride in care of the accompanying adult. This note must also be NOTARIZED. Then, bring both original copies to the event.

4) Both parents/legal guardians MUST be present at the event to sign the waiver

New for this year: 12MPH for morning and 18MPH for afternoon! This will be a restart (accumulative time) with penalties for being early…in many ways acting like a time-keeper.

Pre-registration begins at 8pm ET on Wednesday, September 10th 2025

You will need a www.livelaps.com profile to register (pre-reg or day of reg), so we recommend taking this step ahead of registration

Link your buddies’ IDs to your profile under “Racer”…this linking will allow you to register together for row assignments (kids, friends, etc.)

We will be using LiveLaps with transponders; we’ve implemented a full RFID loop​.

There are 2 races listed (Morning, Afternoon) under a single event this year…This should help alleviate the confusion on which event to register for. You should be able to register for multiple classes to allow for some riders (i.e. X Riders) to ride with their children in the morning and ride their own race in the afternoon.

There is NO PAPER REGISTRATION this year, we have 4 tablets at the club house…this has worked really well for our other events, but it is definitely recommended to register ahead of the event.
