Since 1972

Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club was established in 1972 in Logan, Ohio. The club owns 120 acres of land that is accessible to the public only during the few AMA-sanctioned events held each year.

The club organizes an AMA National Dual Sport and a couple adventure rides each year.

In the past, the club operated harescrambles, enduro and motocross events over the years. In 2012, the club held its first enduro since 1997 and affectionately named it the “Jake-Tom Enduro” after two founding members of the club: Jake Douglas and Tom Scholl.

The club is also committed in helping the community. With support from our landowners, we regularly donate to community first responders, children’s services and churches.

Interested in becoming a member with Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club?

Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club is a non-profit organization in southern Ohio dedicated to the promotion of off-road and adventure motorcycling through hosted events such as enduros, harescrambles, dual sports and adventure rides.

We have a full time membership of about 50 that dedicate themselves to operating our property, organizing events and volunteering our time to this sport. We care deeply about this sport, wanting to ensure others that share the same passion are able to do so…but, we believe in having fun too.

Throughout the year we host 3+ events, which require trail work across over 20 landowners, hanging and tearing down markers, grounds maintenance among other things. It’s a lot of work, but we’re passionate about this sport and supporting our communities (both riding and charitable).
Membership requirements:

  • 50% participation at work parties (generally 5 or more yearly, plus offsite trail work)
  • 50% participation at events (3 or more yearly)
  • 50% participation at meetings (twice monthly)

You’re still here? The requirements haven’t scared you away? Then maybe it’s worth a chat…
